One of the most important benefits to our new residents may be the sense of community the exists within our mobile home parks.  Apartment buildings are typically more transient and experience a high tenant turnover rate each year, sometimes 50% move out.  It is hard to develop relationships and a sense of trust with short term neighbors.  Conversely, most of our mobile home park residents own their own home and some have been here over 20 years.  Our new residents join a community, not a building.

Our residents do not share walls, ceilings, or floors with other residents.  Each home is freestanding and offers our residents a greater degree of privacy.  This offers peace of mind to families with young children, as well as active adults or seniors.

While we offer homes for sale and lease, we are also a purchaser of homes in some circumstances as living situations can change.  We offer a fair market value that helps residents realize the equity they have built up in their homes while satisfying their obligations.
